It is the goal to effectively serve clients fairly who wish to participate in this wellness opportunity and the following cancellation policy has been implemented. By your signature at time of contract, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation and privacy policies and terms of payment.
Sessions must be cancelled at least 72 business hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Sessions cancelled less than 72 business hours in advance will incur a $100 fee, charged to your credit card on file. Typical business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
